Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope everyone had a nice break last week! Sounds like some of you had some adventures in traveling!! Glad everyone made it back safely!!!Spelling for grade 2 will focus on root words with -y endings. Grade 3 spelling will focus on soft and hard "c".Spelling gr 2~ ease~easy, squeak~squeaky, need~needy, gloom~gloomy, snoop~snoopy, goof~goofy, jerk~jerky, thirst~thirsty, worm~wormy
Spelling gr 3~ center, advice, sentence, circus, office, decide, recess, cider (cursive and print)
Math for grade 2 will continue Topic 13 Measuring and 3 will begin Topic 13 fractions and decimals, both grades with a test later this week.
Science this week will continue with weather. Social Studies will discuss Natural Resources.
