I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! Again, I am so Thankful for this group!! We are coming up on our last couple weeks of Trimester 1. Be sure your child has all work turned in for both classrooms. This week in Lang. Arts we will be working on Key ideas and details, prepositions/phrases, Chapter 7, MN New Comers (Soc. St.). Have a nice week!!

I would like to start with how Thankful I am for these students! What a bright group of kids!! Thank you for sharing them with us!! This week we are going to finish our Fishing guide pamphlet, and Soc. St. test on Wednesday. The dance on Wed. is at the Maple Lake Legion. Please pick up your child on or before 5:00 pm.  Thank you and I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

What a nice program the students put on Thursday for the Veterans!! A good group of singers! Back to a regular week of academics. This week the students will work on Craft and Structure, Comparative adj. and adv., Land Changes Hands in Soc. St., and continue Heart studies in Sci. It looks like a lot of winter sports are starting this week. Make sure your child is aware of their practice times, I do not get notice of these. Thank you, and again I hope you had a nice, long weekend ~ have a great week!!

Teacher Workshop No school

Families,

To the deer hunters, I hope you have luck and stay safe! To the non-deer hunters, I hope you enjoy the long weekend! A busy week ahead of us!! We have our Veteran's Day program at 9:00 a.m. in the HS auditorium. If you chose to join us, please be sure to sign in at the Elementary Office first. Thank you to those that donated to the APEX fun run. Our goal is to replace the playground. This week we will continue with Text Structure, Adverbs, and The Fur Trade.
