Families,

We are down to the last three days of the year. Unbelievable!!! I have had some questions concerning graduation. First, anyone in the family is invited to attend the ceremony at 1:30. Please make sure to checkin at the elementary office before going up to the high school auditorium. Second, you are welcome to take your child home afterwards if you want. Again, be sure to sign them out at the office and get their belongings from their locker before you leave. Final grades will be ready on Thursday. Thank you for a great year of growing and learning!! I hope you have a wonderful summer, stay safe, and healthy!!

Families,

Track and field day was a success. I did hear Ms. Malwitz's class called quite often, I hope that means we got enough points for the 6th grade trophy!! If not, the kids did very well regardless!!! This will be our last full week of school. Monday and Tuesday we will do our tee shirt book report, Wednesday and Thursday I am hoping to get the Travel Magazine project done (last week did not work out), Thursday and Friday we will share what we learned from our travels. This week will also be our last vocabulary quiz for the year. The kickball tradition continues this Friday!! Teachers seem to dominate the game, we shall see what this year brings!!  Have a great week and enjoy the warm weather!!

Track-n-Field day Pack a lunch if you did not order one from the school.

 Families,

Looks like the students had a good time at Wolf Ridge! What a great memory!! I am hoping to make this week as normal as possible with Friday being a fun day. I have a grammar game planned and some travel magazine activities for us. Friday...Please be sure and pack a lunch for your child if you did not order one from the school. Yes, it happens every year that a student did not bring lunch. The school does not make extra for those just in case situations. Hope the weather holds out for us, fingers crossed. If you are taking your child home after their events, you need to sign them out before they can leave. I believe the sign out sheet will be by the concession stand. Also, your child will need a white tee shirt to tie dye for Friday and another tee shirt (can be old, plain) for our final book report. I do have a pile of shirts that were brought in at the beginning of the year. I will let your child know if I have theirs or not. I hope all the moms had a nice Mother's Day!!! Have a great week and see you on the field Friday.

We hope you enjoy the wax museum project! Thank you to those that were able to come and check it out. This is a short "school" week. I will be up in the high school teaching 7th grade math 😳. It will be fun to see some of my former students and catch up on all the goods!! Be sure to check the Wolf Ridge packing list a couple times. Next Friday is Track-n-Field day. Be sure you have a white tee shirt at school for tie-dye, we wear these for track day. We are also going to be doing our last book report and a plain tee shirt will be needed for that as well. Have a great week!
