In like a lion, out like a lion??? I guess living in MN we need to be ready for anything!! This should be a normal week (whatever normal might be). Spring break starts next week Class will resume Apr. 3. MCA testing will begin Apr. 5 & 6. This will be the reading portion. Scores will be sent to you in the fall with the new school year mailings. Please remind your child to take their time and do their best. I hope you have a wonderful week with your child/ren!! If you have not paid the balance for Wolf Ridge, please send that in when you can. Apr. 18 grade 6 music program 7:00p.m. Have a great week!

I hope you enjoyed the parade Saturday!! A lot of fun to be had! These next two weeks we are going to be reviewing and learning how to take a test. Words to look for and answer selecting skills. Report cards will go home this Wednesday. Those of you that may be gone these next couple weeks, I will send home the activities we are working on in class so your child does not fall behind. Please return these when you get back from your trip. We have had some bumps in the road as of late, but we will get through it!! The snow needs to melt and the warm sun needs to shine more!!! Please add Music concert April 18 at 7:00 p.m. to your calendar. Thank you for all you do!! Have a great week!

We have three weeks to review all we have learned thus far in Language Arts. It is more important than ever to make sure your child is in school each day. We are taking the Reading MCA the week we get back from spring break. Please remind your child this is important and they need to take it seriously. We are having some issues with gum and phones these past few weeks. Gum is not allowed unless it is a school wide function. and phones are not to be used until the student is out of the building at the end of the day. If they need to check it for a message or check in with you, they need to ask their teacher first. Thank you! Battle of the Books is Friday. If you plan to come and watch, check in at the Elementary office and head up to the HS auditorium. Trimester 2 grades will be sent home Mar. 15th.  Thank you and have a great week!!
