Test prep continues! I am pleased with what I see so far with my class. There is so much to review and remember~what a year we have had so far!!! Fourth grade will be going into the computer lab more this week to review and preview what the tests will look like. We also have some practice test questions we will do. The more familiar the kids are with the test, hopefully the less anxiety they (me) will have. 
A regular week for us! Remember Science and Social Studies have projects due on Thursday this week!!!  Also, Thursday evening is our Arts and Academics night. Join us for food, games, and fun!!!!
I hope you had a fun weekend if you participated in the St. Patty's Day activities. Have a great week and enjoy break next week!!!

We continue with test prep this week. Look for a review pack to go home in the Wed. envelope. This is optional, but those that put in some effort will have a reward day at the end. Math is Topic 17 Graphs and Data, Spelling is Consonant c, s, t, with vowel i. Science and Social Studies both have projects due....please be sure to get them finished on time. Arts and Academic night is coming up Mar. 22. It should be a fun night of games and spending time with family and friends!!

We had our first DARE class last Tuesday! It went very well and the kids asked some good questions! Report cards went home last week as well. Overall the class is doing well, but there is always room for improvement! I am going to keep challenging the group to their full potential! Spring break is just around the corner!! Please be sure to keep reading and working on math facts during that time, we want the kids to come back ready to rock this test!

Enjoy the St. Patty's Day parade this weekend and all the events happening around Maple Lake!

Thank you for putting in the extra effort of logging in reading minutes!!! It was a fun few weeks!!

We will begin our DARE class this week. If you have not signed the permission form yet, please do so.
Report cards will be sent home in the Wed. envelope. Trimester 2 ended last Friday!! 

Also, look for MCA review packets to go home in the next couple weeks. These are optional. If completed the students will get a reward day. Not as a whole group, but individually.

MCA Reading test is April 12 and 13, Math will be April 24 and 25...mornings only.
