Oh boy....one week until Spring Break. Can you stand it??? I am looking forward to some time off, but yet wish I had that week to keep working with my students. Anyway, we have been working very hard this whole year!!! 

In Math we are going to start Topic 19~Division. Knowing what we already know about adding, multiplying, and subtracting, this shouldn't be too hard to catch on to. Word Study is going over the rule of Hard C and Soft C. Social Studies will continue with Culture and Science will continue Mass, Matter, and Volume. 

I hope you all have a great week off!! Please stay safe, healthy and return ready for more learning!!! See you April 3rd.

I hope you enjoyed the festivities over the weekend!! Reminder, Tuesday is Late Start and Trash to Cash Day. Also, at 5:15, Arts and Activities begins with a meal and afterwards activities. It is a fun night, hope to see you there!! Some great baskets to bid on as well!!!

Math will finish Topic 18 and begin 19~Division. Social Studies is learning about Culture and Science is Mass, Matter, and Volume. Word Study is focusing on Final -y, -ey, and -ie.

Be sure to work on the reading and math packs. This is great review for our MCA test coming up. Have a great week!!!

It was an extra fun week last week. We had STAR each day, and the S'MORES were delicious!! These boys and girls have some dance moves!!

We are on our way into the third trimester. Grades will be sent home in the Wed. envelope this week.

Math will begin Topic 18~Multiplication with higher numbers. Word Study is working with AGENTS (er, or, ar) people who do something. Social Studies will continue with Government, and Science will continue with Planets.

The weather is all over the place, be sure your child is dressed appropriatly for afternoon recess. It's still chilly at that time!
